Message	HALF of the people driving today wouldn't have licenses. Here, we have a 28-question permit test. And a 15-minute-max driving test. Germany's written is truly a written test, and not a multiple choice test. Their driving tests last for a couple hours. THAT, my friends, is why the Autobahn'ers don't drive like bats-out-of-hell.
